Toshiba Corporation established an office in Kenya, under Toshiba Africa which was established in 2014.
The new office set to start its functions this month is set to help the company in products supplies as the company.
Toshiba Africa office based in South Africa has played a vital role in the supply of a wide range of products and systems such as Energy, Building and Digital solutions across the Sub-Saharan Region.
“Since the 1970s, Toshiba have supplied turbines and generators for 20 power plants across the African continent. …Here in Africa, we are sharpening our focus on how we can contribute to the future, and that is why we are now opening this Toshiba Africa Kenya branch.” said Mr. Satoshi Tsunakawa, President and Chief Operating Officer of Toshiba Corporation.
The new branch office in Kenya was strategically located to help the company reach its clients with ease and partners. The move to start an office in Kenya is a clear indication that the company is working to strengthen its presence in the East African region.
