The Huduma Namba registration deadline is approaching so fast. Many Kenyans from different regions of the country are yet to undertake this critical activity, with some waiting to last minute rush. Currently, a good number of Kenyans are said to have taken part in the exercise, having registered themselves.
The government of Kenya announced the process deadline in April 2019 after the court giving the registration a nod. Between 8 and 11 million had registered in the first 16 days after the launch, with the exercise being expected to be concluded in 45 days period.
The government of Kenya had earlier made a statement that they would make efforts in registering all the Kenyans in the Diaspora. The state had requested Kenyans in Diaspora to undertake the critical activity.
Since then, there have been numerous inquiries on registrations from Kenyans in the Diaspora and hence why the Kenya Embassy in Spain took a move. The Embassy through an announcement indicated that:

The Government of Kenya as you may be aware has embarked on the registration of Huduma Namba, the integrated digital record of citizen data earmarked to provide enhanced service delivery to Kenyan citizens.
This Mission wishes to inform that the registration exercise for Kenyans in the Diaspora has not yet begun; however, preparations are ongoing for the commencement of the registration process.
